Coaching Fee Payment

Missouri Rush recognizes the sacrifice coaches put into coaching teams week in and week out. When it comes to coaches receiving payments for their sacrifice, we try and make sure the coaches are being held to a certain standard.

When a team adds a coaching fee to their budget, it must be approved by the club. That approval allows us to know who is being paid as well as provides us the details to set up the appropriate payment requirements.

Each paid coach is required to accomplish certain tasks and are held to a higher standard.

On average a coach that coaches a competitive (U9-U19) team dedicates a few hundred hours a year. We are developing a sliding scale for paid coaches that will evaluate their experience along with their licensing and history with Rush.

Approved paid coaches will need to submit all necessary tax information to the club.
