Making Team fee payments (and Deposits)
In order to make a team deposit if you have collected checks, you can print out the Team Fee Deposit form and mail in (or drop off) the deposit. Please make sure you have your team name listed as well as the amount totaled on the deposit form.
Writing a Check
The old fashioned way of simply writing a check is still one of the preferred methods of team fee payments. Checks should be make out to Missouri Rush. Please make sure each payment has their player’s name and team name listed.
When a check payment is made, it is recommended that the team manager collect all the checks and turn them into the office together. This makes it easier to track down a payment in case of an error or misplaced payment.
Checks can also be mailed or dropped off at the office. We have a mailbox that allows secure payment drop off our mailbox is the center box as your drive into the complex on your righthand side. Checks can also me mailed to 901 Caledonia Dr. O’Fallon, MO 63368
Office hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
PayPal
Our PayPal account can be found by searching our club email address Info @ morushsoccer.com If you use PayPal. If a payee does not have a PayPal account, they can send a payment by clicking on our Team Fee Online Payment link on our main website.
Venmo
We also have a club Venmo account. If your families prefer this method, they can send in a team fee payment to our Venmo account @Missouri-Rush. The 4 digit verification code (if asked) is 2543.
Please note that in the event your families make a team fee online payment, you should request them to send a copy of their payment to you so you can mark them down as paid and how much they paid. Keep in mind these online payments can have fees associated with them. Whatever amount is deposited into the club account on their behalf will be added to your team’s account balance sheet.
